Q: Who will pay for the freight charge?

A: Customer has to pay for the freight charges.

A: No there is no minimum order but small orders will incur high freight charges.

Q: Does it come with packaging? Is it included in the cost?

A: Yes, the tongs will be attached to a backboard that also explains how to use the product with some diagram examples.
