1.The machine is made of super-strong steel with special welding techniques. It's highly firm and shake-resistant. 2. Good Design: The balance system adopts four pole guarding type with extended bush making exact movement of mould. Gear and shaft balance system can make male and female mould move stably. 3. The way of feeding is revolving, convective and compulsive improved block density and reduced feeding cycle. Gear driving mode is more steady. Feeder moving is by two curved arms with two cylinders, which makes feeder moving quickly, durably and steady. |

4. Stacker is controlled by frequency conversion to adjust speed. It is flexible and steady.
5. The moulds, gears and shafts are specially processed
with heat treatments of quenching, tempering, carbonizing and so on.
6.The hydraulic system adopts proportion direction valve.The valve can adjust flow rate and buffer cylinder. It protects cylinder, makes operation steadily and quickly.
