It applies to large-current DC power supply in the electrolytics industry and metal industry and can be used as power supply for aluminum, magnesium, zinc, manganese and lead electrolysis, DC electric arc furnace melting, salt electrolysis, water electrolysis, graphitization furnace and silicon carbide and the power supply of similar load nature.
Structure overview:
The control cabinet is of GGD closed structure and opposed access door at the front and back for operation and maintenance. The gauge, control switch and potentiometer are installed front door plank of the cabinet; the signal light is installed on the top panel in the front of the cabinet and the entrance hole is set at the bottom of the cabinet for user connection. See Figure (II) for its appearance and installation dimensions.

IV. Installation and Debugging
1. Installation
1.1 The control cabinet must be installed indoors without special foundation. For easy maintenance, the cabinet shall be no less than 1m from the wall in the back, no less than 2m in the front and no less than 0.5m in the side.
1.2 Pay attention to the following after unpacking and before installation of the control cabinet:
1.3 Do not keep outdoors after unpacking.
1.4 Check the damageable parts in the cabinet and replace if damaged.
1.5 Check whether the printed board and other welding spots in the control cabinet fall off and are insufficient and whether the elements are loose and fall off. Check carefully with a multimeter before power-on.
2. Debugging
2.1 Connect the major loop and the control loop diagram according to the system diagram, check circuit connection without error, insert the control loop fuse, power on the control loop and conduct the following debugging:
2.2 Turn the control cabinet air switch to "Run", connect the power supply of the signal detection circuit and simulate the rectifier failure. The audible and visual alarm shall issue normal alarm sound. Check the working conditions of each relay and signal light.
3. Trigger control circuit debugging
Observe the phase shift of six-way pulse with oscilloscope. The pulse phase shift range shall be 0~150°.
4. Control protection circuit setting
4.1 Inlet water pressure setting: with the lower limit of 0.03MPa. When the water pressure is below this value, the signal system shall give a reliable alarm.
4.2 Outlet water temperature setting: with the upper limit of 50℃. When the water temperature is above this value, the signal system shall give a reliable alarm.
4.3 Current overload setting: the current signal is taken from the user's DC sensor with the setting value of 1.1 times the rated current value (or determined by the user depending on circumstances). When the rectified current exceeds this value, the signal system shall give a reliable alarm.
4.4 Feedback signal loss setting: the current signal is taken from the user's DC sensor with the setting value of 0.5V (or determined by the user depending on circumstances). When the rectified current is below this value, the signal system shall give a reliable alarm.
Before major loop power-on, observe whether pulse of the thyristor pulse distributor in the rectifier cabinet is normal and verify the phase relation between the major loop and the trigger circuit.
