XHL-UC-1 waterproof utility case
Product description:
The shell exterior of XHL injection-molded waterproof case is constructed of high-strength polypropylene plastic. The case features a gasket-sealed watertight design (IP67) that is resistant to impact damage and corrosion. Molded-in hinges and automatic air pressure equalization valve are integrated in case body. With self-designed dimples on the surface, the cases are stackable during storage and transportation. Self-designed and patented robust latch system provide extra security for the products and the ergonomic grip handle makes you carry the case with comfortable feel. There are two options of interior, customized foam or picking foam. The case was developed to securely transport different products.

· Mold design. The mold is the key of mass manufacturing. A large number of high standard products come out only with a high quality designed and developed mold. Our engineer team have over 30-year experience in mold design with different kinds of materials.
· Mold tooling. A high-quality mold requires a series of machines to develop. Our company possess different advanced mold tooling machines and experienced employees.
· Producing. The mold will be put into a giant plastic injection machines (from 750 to 1200 T). With high pressure, every product will be produced in every 3 mins.
· Packaging. Assembled with accessories, the products will be put into the carton with labels and then will be delivered to different clients in the whole world.
